For the expansion of our team in Poole, Dorset, UK we are in search of an engaged and competent person at the earliest possible date for the position of;
Digital Designer HTML/CSS (f/m/d)

What to expect:

The Digital Designer is responsible for creating branding and marketing materials for a variety of projects. The work encompasses production, print and digital media design and the role is an integral part of the design team.

• Create custom marketing materials from given content.
• Participate in design sessions to comprehend the business requirement and solution to be delivered.
• Design graphics as required by customers (internal and external) while maintaining the Mouser corporate look and branding on all content.
• Build emails and know how to troubleshoot in e.g. Cheetah mail or Eloqua; strong knowledge of HTML and CSS is essential.
• Proactively organize work-flow, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Create and maintain landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
• Positive, proactive, and a strategic thinker who understands the fundamental principles of graphic design and layout.
• Supports and participates in company total quality process; represents the company in a professional manner; and is trustworthy and maintains confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Arts Design or Communication, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong skills in HTML and CSS for email design, troubleshooting and landing page creation.
• Profound experience in creating digital marketing materials.
• Proficiency in the use of MAC computers and Adobe Creative Suite for print, digital, rich media, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, PowerPoint, CSS, JavaScript (front end development), Adobe CC, HTML Dreamweaver and specific knowledge in Email campaigns would be an advantage.
