WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly driven and successful Digital Audio team to help commercialise branded campaigns for clients across NOVA Entertainment’s evolving digital and digital audio platforms, with a focus on live streaming, podcasting and product capabilities. This role is full-time and based at our Pyrmont Studios.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support services to the Digital Audio and Sales teams in achieving its goals and revenue for the business. It involves a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with all tasks, whilst achieving expected turnaround times.
- Collaborate with Campaign Strategy to support the design and production of integrated and digital campaign pitches and recommendations
- Collaborate with Content teams to ensure digital audio commercial solutions align with our content priorities
- Collaborate with Sales teams to provide digital product information, sales tools and commercial resources.
- Collaborate with Digital Products and Ad Operations teams to develop product collateral that accelerates internal and external adoption
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years’ experience in an administration role within the digital media or advertising industry, however your passion and professionalism is what sets you apart
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with different levels of staff, senior management across the organisation, and external clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to carry out duties autonomously, and work effectively in a team environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative and results-driven, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to a changing landscape
- Passionate about digital audio industry, in particular podcasting and trending content.
