Deals & Events Marketing Manager, AU Promotions & Events
We are looking for an innovative, customer-obsessed, and analytical Marketing Manager
to join the Promotions & Events Team at Amazon Australia Stores. Our vision is to deliver best-in-class online deal and shopping events for customers, tailored to their needs.
You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of Tier 2 and Tier 3 deal and gifting events — from strategy and planning through to execution, merchandising, and performance analysis. This includes owning the deals & promotions processes, on-site customer experience, experimentation roadmap, and cross-channel campaign execution for your events in Australia.
You will gather customer and category insights, develop ideas and experiments, build innovative solutions to delight customers, and measure impact. You will grow customer engagement (frequency of shopping, basket building, spend per customer) and retention through exceptional event execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong marketing instincts with sharp analytical thinking and program management discipline. You are comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can roll up your sleeves to get things done.
