Data Analyst - Communications Orchestration and Reporting

Are you passionate about turning complex data into meaningful business insights?

We're looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst to partner with Product, Marketing and Customer teams to measure campaign performance, optimise communication strategies and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, campaign management and stakeholder engagement, requiring someone who can confidently analyse data, tell compelling stories through visualisation and advise the business on what actions to take based on robust statistical evidence.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse and integrate data from multiple sources to measure campaign performance, customer engagement and communication effectiveness.
  • Perform complex data wrangling, cleansing and transformation to deliver accurate, reliable and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualisations that bring data to life and help stakeholders understand performance trends and opportunities.
  • Present insights and recommendations to Product Owners, Marketing teams and senior stakeholders, clearly communicating how campaigns are performing.
  • Use statistical analysis to advise on campaign strategy, targeting and communication parameters, including recommendations on why initiatives should or should not proceed.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in data analytics roles supporting campaigns, marketing, customer communications or CRM environments.
  • Advanced SQL skills, strong Tableau (or similar visualisation tool) experience, and proficiency in Python, R or another scripting language.
  • Excellent technical capability in data wrangling, analysis and working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate findings into practical commercial recommendations and influence decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across Product, Marketing and business teams to deliver data-driven outcomes.

If you're someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, data storytelling and commercial influence to shape customer communications and drive better business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
