CREATIVE CONTENT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

RESPONSIBILITIES Being actively involved in all stages of pre-production to post-production, including research, casting, wardrobe sourcing, scheduling and engagements with third party agencies for contents related to the e-commerce asset creation Working with immediate Studio team to deliver top-quality creative work and supervising an efficient production process through the project life cycle Ensuring targets and budgets are tracked, controlled and managed on time and with limited variance Contribute to the development, improvement and execution of systems, processes, and best practices Deliver projects to schedule, and within agreed budget and actively manage project scopes using contingency and change orders as required Provide excellent general administrative support to the daily operations (marketing samples support, data entry and maintain proper records of documentation including provision of all required information Samples management including tracking and arrangement of samples delivery for local and/or overseas shoots Assist to acquire props, clothes and products appropriate for a wide variety of content types created specifically for each platform's unique needs Source and cast models Troubleshoot on set when required Juggling ad-hoc assignments while maintaining core job scope REQUIREMENT Relevant experience working in project management, lead, and being accountable for the team’s collective success Ability to lift loads and manual handling of products efficiently Proficient on all Microsoft office software Good understanding of operational workflows Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with keen ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis Able to creatively problem solve on set Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work Strong interpersonal and communication skills Notify us about your interest in potential future opportunities by clicking Get Started below.
