Client Executive

As a Client Executive you will be responsible for the setup and on-going delivery of client paid media campaigns across social, display and search channels whilst supporting the Client Manager and broader team in developing the short and long-term strategic direction and success for your client. You will also be responsible for the successful delivery of these campaigns – from campaign setup, optimisation and management to the day to day reporting to clients. Other responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Client Partner / Director and Manager on the overall strategic direction and delivery of client campaigns – be it from a consumer, data, or performance perspective
  • Ensure the successful setup of all client campaigns – including keyword research, campaign creation and audience upload across a number of platforms
  • Ensure the successful optimization of all client campaigns – including reviewing campaign performance, as well optimizing based on the continuous feedback from both the client and strategist
  • Responsible for ensuring reporting and trafficking is carried out to the highest standards – as well as delivery of commentary, insights and actions to the client on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis
  • Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility


A bit about you:

  • Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical and strategic
  • At least 1-2 years within digital experience responsible for delivering against performance targets
  • A strong understanding in paid social, display and search media channels
  • Experience with Facebook ads, Google ads and Google analytics / Google Campaign Manager and Spectra (Nice to have)
  • Strong technical skills
  • Ability to multitask across different projects
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Agile problem solver
