What you'll do
As a key member of the Category and Marketing Integration Team and reporting into the Head of Category & Marketing Integration, you will maximise Cartology’s media and retail sales opportunities by driving the integration of Client Partner brands into Woolworths’ Category Events on the Woolworths customer event calendar with a Customer 1st lens.
Through deep collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, and Cartology stakeholders, you will provide the thought leadership necessary to identify proactive opportunities and maintain a full sales pipeline for the Cartology Sales Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Category campaigns aligned to Cartology and Woolworths’ Customer 1st strategic objectives.
- Drive full integration with Woolworths Marketing plans to maximise category growth and brand opportunities.
- Identify and unlock new revenue streams in partnership with Cartology Sales and Commercial teams.
- Build and manage key client relationships to co-create integrated, insight-led media solutions.
- Develop compelling, insights-driven media mix recommendations that maximise client investment and advocacy.
- Act as the cross-functional conduit to improve ways of working, align stakeholders and prioritise campaign focus for Sales.
What you'll bring
- Extensive FMCG marketing & shopper expertise across the full channel mix, from strategy through to execution.
- Deep understanding of media channels and the shopper path to purchase, using insights to influence decisions and optimise campaigns.
- Proven senior stakeholder influence & relationship management, including executive-level engagement.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with high attention to detail and a results focus.
- Leadership experience in complex, high-pressure environments, managing large teams and agency partners.
- Ability to drive business growth and alignment while balancing multiple priorities and solving challenges collaboratively.
