About the Role

The Business Development Specialist (KOL & Partner Growth) is an execution-driven role focused on KOL acquisition, partner relationship management, and growth campaign delivery. This role sits within the Growth / BD team and works closely with internal stakeholders to expand RedotPay’s creator and partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing KOL pipelines, driving collaborations forward, and contributing directly to measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• KOL & Partner Sourcing
• Identify potential KOLs, creators, and community partners across platforms such as X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, and Discord
• Conduct initial screening based on content relevance, audience quality, region focus, and engagement metrics
• Build and maintain structured KOL / Partner shortlists
• Outreach & Relationship Support
• Assist with initial outreach via direct messages, email, or forms using provided templates
• Track communication progress and partnership status
• Support follow-ups and basic partner coordination
• Data & Process Support
• Maintain KOL / Partner databases
• Record campaign participation, content links, and basic performance data
• Assist in organizing internal reports and summaries for the BD team
• Growth Execution Support
• Support giveaways, surveys, referral campaigns, and community-driven growth tasks
• Assist in improving outreach scripts, forms, and collaboration workflows

What We Look For (Qualifications)

Required

• Undergraduate or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred)
• Strong written English reading and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with repetitive operational tasks
• Genuine interest in growth, partnerships, social platforms, and Web3 / fintech

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with X, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, or influencer ecosystems
• Previous experience in KOL, community, marketing, or BD-related roles
• Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, etc.)
