We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Manager

to own how our commercial priorities show up across every digital surface customers interact with: App, Web, CRM, Kiosks, digital menu boards, drive-thru screen and whatever comes next.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Experience in a modern retail business that spans both digital and physical environments
  • Familiarity with structured merchandising frameworks
  • An understanding of behavioural science and how it influences customer decisions
  • Strong commercial acumen and meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to build relationships and influence cross-functionally
  • Experience in a franchise business is beneficial but not essential
  • QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience is a bonus, not a requirement

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR BRAND MANAGER (DIGITAL MERCHANDISING)

  • Develop and own a digital merchandising playbook to bring consistency to our digital channels
  • Apply established merchandising frameworks and behavioural science principles to influence customer choices and improve performance
  • Create dynamic merchandising schematics and visual planning tools that help teams plan, collaborate, and track execution across campaigns.
  • Develop a test and learn approach to ultimately deliver profitable growth through product mix
  • Ensure key business priorities are reflected across App, Web, CRM, kiosks, digital menu boards, signage and drive-thru screens
  • Translate marketing initiatives into structured briefs for product, engineering and agency partners
  • Maintain governance and quality control across all digital touchpoints.
  • Use commercial insights (margin, mix, attachment and basket growth) to make data-informed decisions
  • Partner with analytics and commercial teams to test, learn and optimise performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, frequency and loyalty engagement
  • Work with product and technology teams to enhance platforms and improve merchandising capability
  • Contribute to building a more sophisticated and scalable digital ecosystem
