The program

The Brand & Creative Delivery team plays an important role in protecting and strengthening the Australian Red Cross brand and bringing our impact to life through stories, campaigns, content and communications.
The team is focussed on quality content, consistency in application and strengths-based storytelling — helping people across Australia to recognise, trust and engage with Australian Red Cross and our humanitarian mission.

The opportunity

This role would be best suited to somebody currently studying, or recently graduated from, a degree in marketing, multimedia, design or a related discipline.
Support pre and post production administration for content collection, including tasks such as collating shot lists or generating and organising interview transcripts from video footage
Maintain trackers, documentation and assist the team with general administration and filing of creative content
Catalogue, organise, log & tag creative assets across multiple platforms with guidance, for both video and photography assets
Prepare simple summaries, findings and reports on content usage

For this role you will require:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes
  • Interest in brand, creative production, content management or not-for-profit storytelling
