Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for new and existing products
- Lead launch activities for new products and solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform business decisions
- Generate and apply customer insights to optimize portfolio and marketing campaigns
- Drive adoption of innovative technologies through targeted promotional and educational activities
- Collaborate closely with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and sales teams to align goals
- Manage marketing projects, budgets, and timelines effectively
- Monitor digital marketing performance and adapt tactics for healthcare professionals and consumers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Philips standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership abilities
- Experience in digital marketing and/or marketing automation tools
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of marketing, product management, or innovation experience (healthcare or medical devices preferred)
- Successful track record in launching new products or technologies
- Experience working in multinational companies or cross-cultural teams
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device sector
