Assistant Trade Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Support and develop execution of Trade Marketing plans and strategy across channels.
Manage trade promotions, budgets, and ROI analysis.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team to execute in-store activities.
Oversee In-store visibilities.
Track and analyze Sell-in, Sell-out and category performance.
Provide insights, monthly reports, and recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and related functions.
Support new product launches on-time and execute visibilities.
Ensure all trade activities align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years experience in Trade Marketing, Key Account, or FMCG sales.
Require: Strong analytical skills : proficient in Excel, Nielsen, and data interpretation(Excel : Pivot Table (very important), VLOOKUP , Essential Excel formulas and functions for work)
Strong communication, coordination, and management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
