Agency Partner
Meta is seeking an experienced Agency Partner
to work with leading media agencies to drive revenue growth and increase adoption of Meta’s advertising solutions. You will join a strong team in a rapidly growing business focused on both brand and performance marketing.
In this role, you will manage a defined book of business and lead cross-channel, cross-functional efforts across sales teams. You will be accountable for overall business outcomes through the partner channel by effectively navigating agency organizations and Meta teams—prioritizing high-impact opportunities, building joint strategic plans, and ensuring disciplined execution in-market. You will have in-depth knowledge of the Indian digital agency ecosystem, extensive experience with Meta and competitor products, and a proven ability to influence agency stakeholders at all levels—from CXO leadership to technical heads of performance and product.
Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue across the allocated agency portfolio and determine new, untapped growth opportunities while driving current revenue streams
- Manage the strategic relationships within all agencies, develop key C-level relationships with agency leadership and/or founders
- Create, implement and track solution adoption goals across the entire agency to ensure adoption of Meta value proposition and products
- Influence & create programs for scaled adoption of Meta solutions
- Identify and pitch transformational opportunities to agencies that directly support country business growth drivers
- Identify key barriers specific to these agencies and lead scaled solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven track record in digital media sales/media planning/campaign experience for businesses/accounts, with key mandate being delivering against sales targets. Program Management is a preferred attribute
- Has developed strategies that have successfully influenced key decision makers at all levels of the agency
- Has worked hands-on in a large digital media agency and/or client side - recommendations should be pragmatic and real-world ready
- Has experience pitching and managing digital campaign strategies and is able to explain the differences between Meta and competing products
- Demonstrated experience in analytical and excel skills, ability to leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns is required
- Analytical, detail-oriented professional with clear business strategy views and the ability to unlock revenue opportunities within the market
- Curiosity, persistence, resourcefulness, highly-organized and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner
- Demonstrated ability to operate with rigor, including maintaining accurate account plans, pipeline initiatives, and client engagement activities in CRM or similar tools
