Account Director - 12-month FTC

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join our Melbourne Direct and Independent Agency Sales Team, working to grow an existing portfolio provided, but more importantly, enthusiastically seek new Audio sales opportunities in market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated media sales professional who wants to work within one of Melbourne's most successful media sales teams.
What you will be doing and what skills you may have:
- Strategic and solutions focused management of an existing customer portfolio
- Develop and sell leading cross-platform audio solutions
- Identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth
- Commitment to achieving monthly & quarterly targets (and ability to develop tactics to ensure personal and client success)
- Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities
- Ability to effectively multi-task and project manage
- Passionate about audio, creativity and delivering a brilliant outcome
- Strong and consistent communicator and negotiator
- Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a result orientated environment.
This role will suit someone with prior sales experience, and whilst audio sales experience is not essential, experience selling advertising directly to clients is desirable.
Please note, this is a 12 month parental leave cover.
